Helen Meyers

I moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest for college and never left. I joined Microsoft after college and worked on SQL Server both as a technical writer and a program manager. My passion for travel led me to take time away from Microsoft to see Italy, Greece, England, France, Germany, Kenya, and Tanzania. When I wasn’t busy visiting another exotic locale, I took on contract projects to keep my hand in the technology industry. The opportunity for another full-time role, this time at AT&T, gave me a chance to learn about the intersection of telecommunications and technology.

When I’m not at my desk wrangling a virtual agent or tracking customer journeys, I can be found with my nose in a book, or my clothes covered with flour as I try another new recipe. The PNW is a wonderful place to live, and I enjoy getting outside rain or shine to explore.
